Upside down sweet chestnut bud vase

End grain dried flower vase.
Turned from storm felled green sweet chestnut locally sourced in Cheshire.
Turned whilst still wet, fissures and cracks might occur in the drying process enhancing the rustic aesthetic as well as a slightly oblong shape of the cup.

Sealed with organic liquid coconut oil.
